Chelsea is an American Actress that was born on February 3, 1991
Early Life[]
Harmonie was born in Albany, New York, she lives with her dad and her mom died when she was 7 from leukemia. She has two older sister and one little brother. She became best friends with Bridget Mendler when she moved to Washington, D.C when she was 10 to be closer to the rest of her family. She also friends with Ariana Grande, who has the same agent as she does. She is helping Ariana plan her 18th birthday which is next month.
Career[]
When Chelsea was only 9 she was at a friend's birthday party she was acting like different people and her friend's father is a talent agent and she sent her up to a lot of different auditions.
Personal Life[]
In early 2010 Chelsea started dating Carlos Pena but the couple broke up in late 2010. As of May 1, 2011 Chelsea is dating Chris Brochu
