The series is about two best friends Autumn McKenzie (Chole Mortez) and Holly Brocolleti (Sydney Park) who land their dream job as back-up dancers on the television show, "Bust A Move, Denver". The show follows their adventures in the show and features problems and issues such as their new social status and rivals on the show. Each episode begins with "Bust A."
